1. Tread Wear Has Reached the Safety Line

Most industrial solid tires feature a 60J Line or Safety Mark molded into the sidewall. When the rubber wears down to this line, it indicates that the tire has already lost a significant level of flexibility and traction. Load-carrying performance can be critically reduced, increasing the risk of the vehicle tipping over while lifting loads at height.

2. Deep Cracks or Bulging Sidewalls

This indicates that the tire’s main structure has been compromised and may result in sudden tire failure while carrying a load.

3. Rubber Chipping or Chunking
